We accept PAYPAL only. Major credit cards are also accepted through PayPal.

How do I contact you if I have a question?
Our Customer Service team is always happy to answer any question you may have and will do everything humanly possible to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. You may send e-mail to us at cs@thechinainventory.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the items within 2 business days upon payment. Based on our experience, it normally takes 5 - 20 working days for arrival.

Do you ship worldwide and how do you ship ?
We ship worldwide through standard AIR MAIL of Hong Kong Post Office.

Can I request other shipping method?
Shipping fee quotation for any other methods, UPS, DHL, Fedex is available on request. If necessary, please contact our customer service at cs@thechinainventory.com

How much of the shipping and handling fee?
Shipping & Handling fee for all items is FREE! The shipping charge is same for ALL countries. Registration service for tracking number is available at an additional of US$2.50 for the first item, and is also FREE for purchase of 2 items or more!

Can I request for registered mail?
You may pay extra US$2.5 for the registration service, which provides insurance and tracking number.

Will I be charged a customs fee?
Customs fee is depends on your local country, duties and taxes may apply. You can get more information from your local customs. Please note that we will not bear on any customs fee.

What if I cannot get my order?
If you cannot get your order over 45 days of the shipping day, please contact our customer service immediately at cs@thechinainventory.com. We will immediately send you once again or arrange a refund to you. Please note that refund / reship is only available to orders with registration service only.

How do I return or exchange products?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service first, you may return any item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund of the bid price (shipping and insurance fees are non refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the order. Please note the PAYPAL only can refund within 60 days of the payment day, we will not offer any refund after 60 days.

How long will it take to receive my exchange order?
Once we receive and process your returned item(s), depending on your location, you should receive your exchange within 1 month.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail, once we have received and processed the returned item(s).

If I return the damaged item, will you bear on return postage?
Please note that we can refund return postage maximum to US$3 only in the case of an error from our end.
